Introduction and History

EX-ES is a supplier of engineering solutions: process, design and manufacturing. The group was established in 2005 as a privately-owned and -managed (BEE accredited) company which provides full turnkey solutions to all industries. Our facilities, based in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth, include administration offices, a Design Engineering Department and a fully-equipped workshop. EX-ES currently employs 27 fulltime staff members who have a wide range of skills in a number of different disciplines.

Design Engineers

Working experience:
- BSC Mechanical Engineer or equivalent with 1 year experience, Jig and Fixtures essential.
- Competent in Unigraphics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sound Process and manufacturing knowledge.
- Good understanding of the Automotive tooling philosophies.

Qualified Tool & Jig Maker

Working experience:
- 3-5 years working experience in the automotive industry
